Q: What features are disabled in the trial? - Anonymous
A: NONE. The trial version of Modbase is the same as the full version. THe trial will work for 120 days. After the 120 days you will need to purchase a subscription to continue to use the product (your old database will be saved).

Q: Is there a way to alter the consent forms other than digging them up with a file search? And is there a way to add the sales information to the consent form, i.e. having all of the jewelry, piercing, aftercare products printed on a copy of the consent form as well? - Scot Rogers
A: Scott, the consent forms are located in the Modbase folder (typically c:\program files\Modbase Suite\) in the subfolder forms. There are two folders located here tattooing and piercing. All consent and aftercare forms are located in these two folders. There is no way to print the sales information on the consent form. All sales data associated with the client is attatched to their history and can be viewed on screen at anytime. If you would like to have a paper copy of these transactions, you can print an Artist Activity Report (either daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) and keep this report with your paper records. The report can specifically include sales/procedural details for the client.

Q: I have heard about modbase from a few people but i never really put enough thought into it until i talke dto Adam at Body Vision and he recommended your product. I have been using quickbooks for around 5 years now and i know the ins and outs of their product. i was looking for a POS system and i was going to go with the natural progression which would be to quickbooks, but the more i see your product the mor ei like it. Does your POS intergrate with quickbooks or would i have to keep a completely seperate POS and inventory software. Any info you can get to me would be great..thanks nick - Nick Colella
A: Nick, thanks for your interest. Modbase includes a ful POS solution capable of sales, and inventory management. The POS also ties in with your customer database. So, when a customer returns, you can see what they bought, when they bought it and how much they have spent in your shop.
